Alter Studio Design ("ASD", "we", "us"), with studio at Koe Center, Local 17, Paseo de la Gaviota esq. Camino Real, Col. El Médano, 23453 Cabo San Lucas, BCS, is responsible for the personal data collected through altersd.mx. For any question about this policy, contact us at hello@altersd.mx.

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, project type and message.

When you browse the site, we automatically collect technical and usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location, referring site) through the tools described in section 3.

We use the following third-party tools to measure site performance and advertising:

• Google Analytics — measures traffic and how visitors use the site.

• Google Ads — measures the results of our advertising campaigns and shows relevant ads to past visitors.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — measures the results of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. It has Automatic Advanced Matching enabled, which means the name, email and phone number entered in the contact form are sent to Meta in encrypted (hashed) form to improve ad matching accuracy — Meta never receives this data in plain text.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalized advertising directly in your Google and Meta account settings.

We use the information collected to: respond to your inquiry and provide project estimates, follow up on potential projects, measure and improve site performance, and show relevant advertising to people who have visited the site (remarketing).

We share data with the service providers strictly necessary to operate the site and respond to your inquiry: Web3Forms (processes and delivers contact form submissions by email), Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (advertising Pixel). We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Under Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to hello@altersd.mx.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
