Sunset Hills 35 is the second custom villa within the Diamante development, its terracotta roofline and stone archways drawing on Los Cabos' hacienda tradition. An outdoor kitchen, fire lounge, and infinity pool anchor an entertainer's terrace at sunset.

The Ranch is a stone-and-glass residence set into the terrain of Rolling Hills, its low, layered volumes stepping down the slope toward the horizon. Deep overhangs and native stone ground the home in its desert setting, while walls of glass open every room to the surrounding landscape at dusk.
